Spring Break Camp Registration Policies
Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis for all programs. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot.
Students who withdraw at least four weeks before the program start date will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. Withdrawal requests made after this deadline are not eligible for a refund; however, we are happy to apply a credit to your account for use in a future Broadway Rise program.
To request a withdrawal, you must send an official email to classes@broadwayriseacademy.com. The date your email is sent will be considered the official withdrawal date for refund eligibility purposes.
Broadway Rise reserves the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum enrollment requirements. In such cases, we will notify you no later than one week before the program start date.
We continue to monitor public health guidelines and will follow CDC and Department of Education recommendations regarding COVID-19 and its variants. If Broadway Rise must close for any reason, programs will continue online via Zoom. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued in such cases.
