Repertoire Workshop: Own Your Songs, Own the Stage!

In this workshop, you’ll polish your repertoire and elevate your performance skills in a supportive, small-group setting.

Each week, you’ll work with an accomplished pianist, music director, and coach who will give you masterclass-style feedback. You’ll refine your song choices, strengthen your technique, and discover how to deliver your material with confidence and authenticity.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Receive personalized, masterclass-style feedback on your performance

  • Hone your repertoire and select songs that showcase your unique strengths

  • Strengthen vocal technique, storytelling, and stage presence

  • Explore new material in a supportive community of fellow singers

  • Build confidence to perform with clarity, power, and joy

Rachel Kaufman

An established music director and multi-instrumentalist, Rachel Kaufman has worked on well over 300 musicals and cabaret shows worldwide. She is passionate about helping singers build confidence, develop strong technique, and connect to their music so they can perform at their very best.

Career highlights include Off-Broadway (Tale of Two Cities 10th year reunion concert at Birdland Theatre, Goldstein: The Musical with Megan McGinnis, Oliver! with Brian Stokes Mitchell, Schoolhouse Rock Live!, and A Taste of Things to Come directed by Lorin Latarro), Tours (Rent, Phantom of the Opera, Ain’t Misbehavin’, Five Guys Named Moe, Smokey Joe’s Café), and Regional (Tom Jones at North Shore, Hallelujah, Baby! directed by Arthur Laurents, Golf: The Musical).

She has collaborated with Broadway legends such as Donna McKechnie, Baayork Lee, Hinton Battle, Savion Glover, and Donna Murphy. In addition to theater work, Rachel has played for auditions, improv comedy groups, churches, piano bars, and orchestras on cruise ships.

As an educator and collaborator, Rachel is dedicated to creating a supportive, inspiring environment where singers and performers can grow, take risks, and discover the joy of making music.
