Train seriously. Perform boldly. Grow with purpose.

A playful and confidence-boosting class that introduces young performers to the fundamentals of acting in a fun, supportive environment.

Led by experienced teaching artists who know how to engage younger students, our Elementary Acting class gives kids the tools to express themselves, work as a team, and explore their imagination on stage.

Each semester, students will move through three creative and skill-building units designed just for early elementary performers:

Unit 1: Improv & Storytelling
Students build trust and stage presence through fun theater games and improvisation. They’ll learn how to use their bodies, voices, and emotions to bring stories to life.

Unit 2: Character & Scene Work
Through short scripts and creative exercises, students begin to explore characters, dialogue, and stage direction in an age-appropriate way.

Unit 3: Play Production
From first rehearsal to final performance, students will work together to rehearse and present a short play for family and friends.

Along the way, students will develop:

• Confidence and focus
• Clear speech and expressive movement
• Listening and collaboration skills
• A joyful sense of creative play

🎭 Final Performance: Saturday, January 10 — all students will take the stage in a fully rehearsed, age-appropriate production.

This class is perfect for children who are new to acting or ready to take their love of storytelling to the next level!
