Her work has been seen nationwide, from New York to Los Angeles to St. Louis, with credits including Nothing Like Broadway (Off-Broadway, Marjorie S. Deane), Kittens (Hollywood Fringe, Best Musical Nominee, Stage Takes Top Ten), Healing Mined (World Premiere, TheaterLab), Next Year in Connecticut (Best Choreography Winner, SheNYC Festival), Mere Waters (World Premiere Director-Choreographer, SheNYC), Goddess of the Hunt (Workshop Premiere Director, Fresh Fruit Festival), and 1776 (Stagedoor Manor, Choreographer). Upcoming work includes Mindy Kaling’s Matt and Ben at the NuBox Theatre.

Equally passionate about teaching as she is about directing and choreography, Rosie has built a reputation for fostering rehearsal and classroom environments where collaboration and creativity thrive. She prioritizes student agency and artistry, empowering performers to make bold choices while honoring their own voices and boundaries.

Rosie’s artistry reflects her belief that theater can be both a space for powerful storytelling and a model for equity, consent, and community. She continues to bring her passion, vision, and collaborative spirit to productions, classrooms, and stages across the country.
